2021 November 11, 18 and 19. Long-term trainings will be held in Elektrėnai, which will provide participants with entrepreneurial skills, tools for starting a business, and practical advice on where to start implementing your idea.
The training is intended for 19-29 year olds living in Elektrėnai city and municipality who want to learn more about starting a business. The number of training participants is limited, we will invite 10 participants to participate.
Training topics:
2021 November 11 "Introductory training"
- entrepreneurial competences;
- application of entrepreneurial competencies in the labor market and in everyday life;
- justifiable risk, how to measure it;
- the importance of cooperation;
- search for opportunities and ideas;
- self-motivation and creation of a support system.
2021 November 18 "Starting a business: from a freelancer to a business owner"
- different ways to earn;
- development of a business idea;
- steps from idea to implementation: planning, prototyping or piloting;
- how to choose the legal form: muo micro business before the establishment of the company, arguments for and against.
2021 November 19 "First Steps to Starting a Business: Developing a Business Plan and Marketing Strategy"
- the numbers don't lie ... how to calculate start-up costs;
- preparation of a business plan in practice: business model canvas;
- the basics of marketing strategy.
The training will take place: from 10 am to 5 pm.
Training place: Elektrėnai Culture Center, Draugystės str. 7, Elektrėnai
The training will be conducted by: Nerijus Miginis (1985) since 2004 he has been working as a training manager and consultant with business enterprises, state institutions in Lithuania and abroad. Since 2010, it has been developing companies www.daugirdiskes.lt (providing accommodation and conference organization services), www.institutas.eu (providing research, consulting and program administration services) and MB Development crew (providing training and organization services).
Training methodology:
The training method will use practical methods, during which participants will perform various group and individual tasks, practical examples will be used, and the activities of real companies will be analyzed. Various cases will be analyzed and discussed in groups. Up to 15% of the total time will be devoted to the theoretical part of the training. During the training, participants will receive practical tools for starting a business.
