PROGRAM AND INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
8:00 -11:30 Arrival, teams settling in, registration, briefing, remaining test swims;
12:00 – 12:30 Opening of the festival, exercise with Elektrėnai Sveikuoliai, manager Saulius Girčys;
12:30 - 17:00 dragon boat competition;
17:00 – 18:00 Awards, congratulations and photo session ceremony;
18:00 – 18:30 End of the festival, farewell.
Teams arrive at Lake Vievis at L. Giros st. 38, Vievije.
Entry/entrance to L. Giros street from the side of Trakai street.
There will be limited entry by transport, only to unload things (tents, tables, etc.). After unloading the belongings, the vehicles must be parked in the following parking places in the city of Vievios:
- in the lot near the Vievio borough, Trakų st. 2, Vievis;
- in the parking lot near the Vievios cultural center, Trakų st. 7, Vievis;
- in the lot near the Vievios Jurgis Milančius primary school, Semeliškių st. 38, Vievis;
- in the parking lot in front of the Orvega hardware store, Trakų st. 36, Vievis;
- in the plots around Vievios St. Anna's church.
REQUEST FOR TEAMS:
-COOPERATE IN COMMON CREWS AND ARRIVE WITH AS FEW CARS AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID POSSIBLE PARKING PROBLEMS.
PROGRAM FOR SPECTATORS AND FANS
All activities will take place on the shore of the lake:
12:00 - 17:00 Festival-competition observation
12:00 – 17:00 Red Cross Elektrėnai Department first aid classes, manager Rasa Kulevičienė;
12:00 - 14:00 Vievios Cultural Center Jazz Orchestra musical program, orchestra leader Rolandas Butkevičius;
12:00 - 16:00 football educational program for children and non-children, sports club "Odisėjas";
14:00 – 16:00 Rowing education with Egle Vankeviče;
1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. opportunity to take pictures in the Photo booth;
13:00 – 16:00 massage procedures performed by Elektrėnai Vocational Training Center graduates;
16:00 – 17:00 Helicopter.lt team helicopter pilot Armin Petrauskas' performance over Lake Vievis (time may be adjusted depending on weather conditions).
There will be personal hygiene facilities on the shore of Lake Vievis, and food products and various drinks will be sold.
Photography and filming will take place during the festival
